You've Got Mail!
Anyone is welcome to enroll in the Mailbox Club, as there are different lessons for all kinds of age groups, including adults! You can sign up yourself or sign up someone else by sending your name, address and age to the Madison CEF office.
The lessons are based on the Bible and are interesting and fun to do. Boys and girls who are pre-schoolers can be assisted by an older child or an adult. Students don't need to have a Bible to do the lessons because the passages of Scripture are included in the lesson. When a student finishes a course of six or more lessons, he/she receive a certificate and a book list from which they can choose a free book, and the first lesson of the next course.
Besides being a student, there is also an opportunity to be a Mailbox Club secretary. A secretary checks the lessons that come in using an answer sheet and then sends out the next one. All materials for the Mailbox Club are located at the Madison CEF office.
The Mailbox Club ministry also reaches those in prison. A student in jail wrote: "I was already saved, but I had lost fellowship with God. But, through your studies, I gained my fellowship back and I'm learning a lot more than I have ever known. Thank you -- God bless this organization and continue in this fellowship to help Christians like me."
Pray how the Lord might have you minister in this way.

The CEF Mailbox Club™ is an exciting through-the-mail discipleship ministry for children and adults. It began in 1999 as a follow-up course for the spiritual growth of children who had been introduced to the Gospel through The Wonder Book, and has grown to reach over 255,000 people in more than 130 countries. Twenty-five percent of the students are adults, while ten percent are prisoners.
The CEF Mailbox Club includes ten different age-related series of lessons, which are available in English, Spanish, large print and Braille. A series consists of seven to ten lessons or more, for which there is no charge.
After the student completes and mails in the first lesson, it is processed by a volunteer who prays for any needs the student might have, writes an encouraging note, and sends a new lesson.
The CEF Mailbox Club works in partnership with other Christian organizations such as Prison Fellowship Ministry and Joni and Friends, and provides the opportunity for volunteers to have an impact on the lives of the spiritually hungry. If you would like to volunteer in the CEF Mailbox Club at World Headquarters, e-mail volunteer@cefonline.com, or call CEF at 800-300-4033.
Congratulations!
...to these students who have completed a course! The Mailbox Club lessons are free and fun! You will learn many new and wonderful things about God and His great love for you! Send us your name, age and address, and we’ll send your first lesson right out in the mail!
